Hi there! Nice to meet you. My name’s Jason. I’m a web developer based in Rivers State, Nigeria. I love to spend my time building strategies for small businesses to gain visibility and patronage with digital marketing, branding, and building reliable, and modern websites.
I’m passionate about the little things in life. I love to listen to people’s stories, share jokes with friends, and eat pastries.
When I’m not at the computer I can be found enjoying the outdoors, playing football with friends, listening to good music, or relaxing; enjoying a well-prepared meal.
I started developing websites around 2017. This followed on from a few years of designing for print and web as a graphic designer. Over the years my focus has shifted, now very firmly focussing my efforts on digital visibility for businesses.
I enjoy learning new tools, tech, and methods to make my development the best it can be.
Interested in starting your own website project with me? Excellent! I’d love to talk to you about your idea.
Some of the tools I use on a daily basis
I build websites and web pages using HTML. I translate designs into code, making them look great and function smoothly for your visitors.
I code out my CSS with the Sass preprocessor. Sass is the most mature, stable, and powerful professional-grade CSS extension language in the world.
The webpages I design come to life when I add the necessary touch of JavaScript, adding interactivity and making them more engaging for your users.
A popular general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited to web development. Fast, flexible and pragmatic, PHP powers everything from your blog to the most popular websites in the world.
My go-to text editor for writing code. VS Code is a solid cross-platform programme that allows me to focus on writing code with little distraction.
Git makes it easier to track project changes and collaborate smoothly with any other professional I may need. This ensures efficient teamwork and helps avoid mistakes.
Notion is one of those tools that makes work easier. Note-taking, scheduling, Task lists – Notion handles all of it seamlessly.
When I need inspiration or experiencing creative block, this is my go to tool. With the many different designs available for my perusal, I usually get to work after browsing through quickly.
The world’s most popular open-source CMS. I’ve been working with WordPress for many years and I still prefer it to other solutions.
